Chef Ben Tesh Returns to Birmingham With A 10 Course Taster

12622189_949625138463522_4059065964126592318_oBen Tesh will be at the Kitchen Garden Cafe on Saturday 16th April, delivering a ten course tasting menu that promises to excite (note: CASH only at this pop-up).

Ben has trained at some of the UK’s best Michelin starred restaurants.

Ben began his career at Winteringham Fields with Colin McGurran, before his move to famed Anthony’s Restaurant in Leeds, where he worked his way to the position of Head Chef.

He followed his time in Leeds with stints in some of London’s finest kitchens and spent a short time working in Denmark under Rene Redzepi at former best restaurant in the world, Noma. Upon his return to the UK he worked with Alex Bond at Michelin stared Turner’s restaurant.

Ben has also spent time furthering his culinary knowledge, working for free in renowned restaurants such as 1* Hedone, London, 2* L’enclume, Cartmel and 1* Pollen Street Social, London.
